the room was nice, the bed also. the sea view is beautiful and despite being on a crowed street you can't hear the noise.good location but the beach isn't so clean. good quality of breakfast.

Right at the heart where I wanted to be and it was by the beach

The corridors and public areas were quite old and needing refurbishment. Inside the rooms there some areas that needed some work. And breakfast was rather poor

It was very nise to have a beach across the street. It was very conveniently located to where I needed to be.

I thought the bed was uncomfortable.

Hotel staff friendly , we had a big triple room with enough beds for 4, the views from our room made us feel like we were in the heart of the action,we felt very safe in this hotel and area with taxi stand right outside the hotel

We wanted to book more nights for later in the trip and were advised to use the net. Booking from the hotel website is difficult and it did not appear on this website so we are now confused as how to rebook

Badly fitting doors, a general tattiness. It needs looking after better.

Nort easy to sleep because staff make a lot of noice running around shouting etc outside the rooms! Looks like the hotel is without management! I have been to Fortaleza many times and use to eat out in reataurants 2 times per day. I ate in the restaurant of the hotel 2 times and can only say that I don´t recommend you to do the same!

Good value for money in Fortaleza, well located at the Beach and close to the night market. Good breakfast.

The staff was helpful and the location is great if you want to stay in town.

The beaches in front of the hotel are polluted. The noise isolation is close to zero. You hear every little noise. It's hard to get some sleep.

The staff is exceptional ! Close to the beach and plenty of great dining; including the hotel restaurant.

Rooms are a bit small, but clean and comfortable.

Cleanliness: Dirty as hell, disgusting, had to wear my flipflops for the shower Location: Rigtht on the corner of all the hookers and drug dealers of Fortaleza. Additionally, you guys have to warn your customers that the hotel has no parking and leaving it ouside on the streets can be extremely dangerous, as the hotel itself warned us. Hotel staff: totally ignorant. Didnt help with anything

Dirty elevators. Cleaning staff shout and play music from 7am. Not a 4 star.

You pay a very reasonable fee for a very well located hotel.The hotel is very close to the best places (night market, central market,"Futuro Beach", "Chinese View" among others.) The hotel staff is fantastic. They go out of their way to please guests. There is a drugstore nearby which is also useful to buy not only medication but also water, beverages and snacks.

Rooms could be cleaner and room service is not very efficient. (Cesar Salad came with mustard in several occasions). Most rooms don't have a beach view even when they are facing the beach.
